Respecta DB 11A /15-30 EP Continuous Metering & Mixing Casting Machine complete with Transitec 8 Bin material loading / supply system (2007)
Machine Parameters:
- Casting Capacity: 15-30kg/min
- 8 filler metering units (interchangeable)
- Epoxy Resin metering unit
- Amine Hardener metering unit
- 2 Base colour metering units (interchangeable)
- Dynamic pre-mixer for liquid components
- Cleaning system for mixing unit via push button
- Separate electrical panel with PLC control, PC computer workstation, Respecta software, remote control at the casting machine
Respecta casting machine will meter & mix various components e.g. dry fillers with liquids binders for the production of polymer mixtures.

- Solid Surface (Kitchen and laboratory work surfaces, kitchen sinks, table tops, wall panels and elements, basins, bathroom furniture, baths, shower trays, sanitary ware, flooring etc.)
- Pattern-making blocks and boards
